- Client Review

Williams Caputo Injury Lawyers is a client-centered personal injury firm committed to advocating for justice for our clients. Our team pursues a wide range of injury cases, including car accidents, 18-wheeler and commercial trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, and other serious injury claims. No case is too complex, and every client deserves aggressive representation.
This Waco site is one part of that practice. Our main office is in Austin, and we serve Waco and McLennan County by phone, video, and travel for case work. If another driver caused your crash, the pages on this site explain how we handle car accident claims in Waco, Waco truck accident cases, and motorcycle accident claims.
Williams Caputo Injury Lawyers was founded by two accomplished personal injury attorneys, Burgess Williams and Joe Caputo, who together bring over 25 years of experience to the firm. They believe in using the law to create positive change within our communities, making the world safer, one case at a time. Burgess and Joe deeply empathize with the frustration, heartache, and paperwork that every client who walks through our door has faced. At Williams Caputo, it is our job to shoulder the burden, secure relief and compensation for the client and their family, and ensure that similar circumstances do not happen to others.
There are hundreds of personal injury law firms across the country, and sometimes attorneys in this field get a bad reputation. Burgess and Joe are on a mission to change that perception. At Williams Caputo, we prioritize forming consistent, personal connections with every client. Our founders speak directly to clients instead of passing them off to associates. We meet with clients as often as needed to understand their struggles, stay connected with former clients and celebrate milestones, and even hand out their personal cell phone numbers. At Williams Caputo, you are not just a case number. From the very first meeting to issuing a settlement check, you are family.
We take a craftsman's approach, doing things the right way and following processes that help speed cases along. Burgess and Joe draw on a deep network of attorneys, experts, and other colleagues, including medical professionals and accident reconstruction specialists, to find all the angles in a case. That work serves the mission the firm was founded on: every injured person deserves an advocate to fight for the compensation they need and the justice they deserve, holding unsafe and unfair insurance companies accountable. Every win helps to make the community a safer place.
